LSU football is big time here in the Baton Rouge area. The Tiger fans are passionate about there team. After a very successful season last year and another great recruiting class, Coach Les Miles has a team ready to challenge for a national championship.
The LSU Football Tigers have completed an 11-2 season including an impressive victory on the evening of January 7th against a decent Texas A&M team. The Tigers relied on some improved QB play by Jordan Jefferson and a solid running game that the Aggies couldn't really seem to stop as two LSU backs ran for over 100 yards. It was an excellent performance by the Tigers in front of a national TV audience. It was also a good warm up for the Tigers for their big game against the Oregon Ducks in September for the beginning of the coming season.
I have added a picture to the left menu from a good while back of me and my family with the BCS Championship Trophy at a local car dealership. That was a real treat to have a picture like that and worth the 45 minute wait for sure.
